Unfortunately instead of just telling my wife & I they were not interested in cleaning and enlarging our existing pond, Marc just continued to have us call month after month trying to get it on his schedule. A total waste of our time.. Fact is he never contacted us at all about coming out to do the job. Better off to go with Schlicht out of the Bay region.
