I had a horrible experience on 03 August 2017! The text I received informed me an arrival in 60 minutes. The company arrived within 20 minutes. I appreciated the rapid response. However, the driver put my car on the flatbed, while in park, without the key before I arrived home. I complained. He informed me they do not have the key when they repo cars. I informed him that my car was not a repo. My car was serviceable. It had a leak in the roof. I called the office to be informed that they supported their driver by stating that the car must be in parked when they put it on the flatbed trailer. I informed the company of the mark in my driveway from the tire. The company tell me they don't want my business and they will return my car. The driver brings my Mercedes Sprinter back and delivers it the same way, in parked. I tell him to have a blessed day and reach my hand out. He says he does not want to shake my hand. I tell him I don't want to shake his, I want my key. I advised him that he could leave the key on the hood of the van. He threw my key on the ground and walked to his truck. Gave me the middle finger. By the way, I was in military uniform , my wife is in military uniform, and my mother-in-law was witnessing this unbelievable service. If you want your car repossessed, this may be the company for you. However, if you want your car handled with care, pulled onto a wrecker when you authorize it by giving the company a key and a go ahead; go with someone else./Army Soldier
