DO NOT RENT from this group! Regardless of your efforts to clean up before moving out, or the notice you give in advance, or the 3 years of on-time rent you paid, they find some reason to withhold your security deposit. I inquired about where to turn in my keys, and never received a reply. Then they deducted $35 from my deposit. They also send maintenance men into your unit without any advanced notice! BEWARE! Find another landlord, trust me, they will become your worst nightmare!
