Recently I had stone veneer installed on my shop exterior stem walls. I was going to attempt doing it myself, then came to my senses. Troy, at West Masonry was highly recommended by a good friend and neighbor. Without hesitation, I contacted Troy. He returned my call the same day and scheduled a time to come out and look at the project. He arrived right on time as scheduled. He did some measuring and provided an estimate of what it would cost, depending on the stone I selected. He provided an estimated date he could start work. With that, I decided on the rock, called Troy and he ordered the rock from Montana Rock Works. Troy came back out to double check measurements prior to ordering stone. Troy kept me informed along the way, when the rock would be available and when he expected to start work. His crew came out on a Saturday to get everything ready for a smooth start on Monday morning, installing angle iron and metal lathe. All their tools were staged for Monday morning. The same three guys arrived Monday morning promptly at 7:30. We discussed things like restrooms, smoking, safety, grout lines, and housekeeping expectations. Tommy, Chad and Johnny started to work, only stopping for a short on site lunch. At the end of each day, the work site was left spotless, hoses coiled, tools put away, rock splitters and mixer covered, and all sharp rock pieces and mortar were picked up. Clean up water was disposed at an agreed upon location. The guys were great! I could not have asked for a better outcome. I would recommend Troy and West Masonry to anyone. They were simply the BEST!
