Don't use this company unless you like to pay more for repairs than you need to. Our AC stopped cooling on 7/1/2015. They came out quickly; that is the only reason I can give them 2 stars. They determined the compressor was not working. My husband told them our unit was only about three years old. They did not bother to check with the manufacturer to confirm it was still under warranty. We found out after repairs have been made and they had been paid cash that the compressor was still under warranty and the repair shouldn't have cost but about half of what we were charged because the manufacturer would have covered the cost of the new compressor. When my husband spoke to them about this they refused to do anything to compensate us for the overcharge. So glad we didn't buy the service contract that they also tried to sell while they were here making the repair.
