Ann Louise
The ladies did a nice job but even though I gave them cleaning supplies they still insisted on charging me their hourly rate as if I didn't provide them supplies. We also agreed upon them cleaning for a fixed amount of hours, but since they were running late, they couldn't uphold their end of the agreement. Bottom line: get them to write up an estimate before committing to service and have a timer handy.
