I purchased equipment from Advantage Restaurant Equipment in Florida. This company shipped me defective equipment- Yes- they carry insurance for shipping but Rod (the owner) made the transaction to their advantage not to the customer (not normal for customer service oriented business!)- VERY -VERY difficult to work with if there are any issues with your equipment- Rod ( the owner) is ALL for himself- not the customer- still owes me money and will not pay me back-BEWARE before purchasing your equipment- your purchase could turn out to be a nightmare and not worth the frustration!
