I hate to leave a poor review for a business, but I think people should know what kind of people their dealing with when it comes to something as critical as their airplane. Rachel sold me two flap actuator cables earlier this year for my early Bonanza. She guaranteed the parts but one of them was not functional. I have tried to work with her to replace it for over 6 months but will not return my calls or even my emails. Here is a copy of her email.
Also, if there are any issues and for some weird reason they don’t work, I will take them back no problem.
