Mr Detwiler is a straight shooter .Had a great business transaction with him. Highly recommend. .

Was a really easy company to work with. Came out the next day and was only here for 1/2 an hour. Would definitely recommend!

When Mr. Detwiler came out the first time, a couple of weeks ago, to work on our LG Washing Machine which is leaking from the bottom. He worked on it and repaired what appeared to be the problem. Then he gave us instructions on further use of the machine...which we followed. We changed our soap, reduced the amount we were using, and only do small to medium loads (even though this machine is supposed to do large loads). Yet it is still leaking, so called him yesterday (per LG service) and he asked if it was a one time thing or was it leaking every time. In response I did two more loads of laundry and it leaked every time, and so I called him back and told him this at which he suddenly did not have any availability. He called LG and told them that we were using too much soap...without coming to look at the machine or see what changes we had made. Sadly, he is the only repairman for LG in the area...my machine is under warranty. (Perhaps that is the true problem...that it is under warranty.) I really liked him the first time, but I am truly disappointed in him now. He could have at least come out to see that we had made changes according to his advice!
