Craft beers and Full Bar include Brix Wine and Cheese started in Quincy, IL as a hobby, and turned into my passion. I love choosing boutique wines from around the world and offering the experience to all at affordable prices. My cheese comes from a local purveyor and offers many varieties to pair with the many varietals of wine. Chocolates are available from the finest chocolatiers and range from the whitest to the darkest with nuts or without, and dried fruits or herbs. Craft beers are available for the connosieurs of beer and the top shelf liquors round off the menu. The environment is upscale but comfortable and welcomes all the enjoy the experience you so desire from the finer things on life.
