I am highly qualified in the steel industry and industrial construction; being a field construction manager. I was recently working in Genoa NE at Preferred Sands, rebuilding the plant, but it is coming to a close. I have been working on site with engineers for 10 months and managed over $8,000,000 for our scope of work, including new construction, plant renovations, equipment setting and chute/conveyor work. I have over 38 years' experience in the construction industry; commercial and industrial. I can manage all P&L aspects (including support staff) of various steel and industrial projects, form client relations, scope definition, supervise crews, estimating, engineering and detailing, RFIs and CORs, procurement, production, fabrication, installation, rigging and erection through job completion and close out. Control other project aspects including schedules, finance, cost engineering and safety as deemed necessary. I am proficient in MS Office and MS Projects, I am willing to relocate and will travel.
