So disappointed with the follow-up from Kristine. I have no issue with the quality of her work, but we did have 3 or 4 problems arising with measurement and fitting... (she took the measurments). Most mistakes were fixed but over 12 months later - we still have an outstanding problem which means we are unable to hang the drapes she made - despite numerous promises and emails from Kristine that she would correct the work. :-(
