The Given Group serves Northwest Indiana selling and building modular homes

In the past 4 years, The Given Group has built a variety of modular units for single family residences and small business or multi-purpose unit usage. In 2009 The Given Group built the only NAHB Green Certified Home in The Village in Burns Harbor, The FIrst NAHB Certified Green Community in the United States. Now located in The Village in Burns Harbor, as owner of The Given Group, I've been trained and certified as a CGP, Certified Green Professional, by The National Assoc of Home Builders.
