We offer modalities to fit each person's individual body-mind type, through Yoga, Ayurveda (a sister science of yoga, which is a prevention-based system of healing), Meditation, workshops and classes on topics such as Healthy Lifestyles, The Yoga of Relationship, Creating Abundance, Forgiveness and more. We also sponsor Kirtan groups (chanting bands), will be offering a Yoga Teacher Training in 2011, and more.
