Our mission is to provide a non-competitive, self-healing, mindful environment for our students to take charge of their own health and wellbeing. We motivate people in a nurturing environment where they can grow, learn, relax, and challenge themselves, while reaching for and obtaining their fitness goals. We feature YogAlign -- a cutting edge style of yoga that restores the bodies natural alignment through releasing tension, building strength and increasing mobility. We also offer Kettlebell weight training, POSE Method Running classes and coaching, and chair massage.
