Lail was raised in the middle of the country, between Taloga and Camargo, Oklahoma. She began her career in sales at the very young age of 10 years old selling magazine subscriptions to raise money for the band at her school. She has been in sales every since, working in retail as a supervisor and manager, a mortgage loan officer and branch manager, owning her own tanning salon and being an independant consultant for Home Interiors, Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, Uppercase Living and Scentsy
