Hands down the worst experience and service I have encountered. The left hand does not know what the right is doing at this company. The service aurthur is not punctual with his estimated time of completion. I was told was rims would be finished in 1 week , it ended up being over 3 weeks. This is because their main tech quit and they had uncertified , rookie workers handling my expensive Japanese rims. They ended up scratching my rims because they had no knowledge on how to handle them. I went to the shop to pick up my rims but they had not even put them back together. I HAD TO HELP AS A CUSTOMER TO PUT RIMS TOGETHER! AND IM A PAYING CUSTOMER! The owner told me he would redo my rims but failed to follow up. DON'T GO TO THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE! UNTRAINED, UNPROFESSIONAL !
