Coaching by Kim offers organizations and individuals opportunities to tap into their potential and strengths to be able to excel in important areas. Coaching by Kim has several offerings depending on the needs of the organization. The first step is to access an organization's current personal development program and any specific areas that managers and staff are needing attention. Kim provides a combination of one-on-one coaching as well as group coaching and training. Programs can be a one time presentation to on-going training and development. Owner, Kim Morris, spent 14 years in the business world as a successful account executive in a consultative sales environment. That experience coupled with professional coach training gives Kim the expertise to help companies really "play big" in the world.
