Staff was friendly and courteous when receiving my one car for tag inspection and my other car that had broke down. They were quick and very knowledgeable diagnosing/finding the probable problems (and there were a few for both cars - some not easy fixes) when I initially called and when I dropped them off for estimate. They were easy to talk to and did not pressure service which was nice. They called back quickly after inspection with honest recommendations and estimate. Again, they were easy to talk to; they realize cost is an important issue - they gave options on how far I wanted to go with service, they gave fair and honest advice, they were open for any questions, open to any points I needed to make, ect, ect...all without any service pressure which was nice. They also did their due diligence and shopped around for quoting the lowest new and used parts as needed which again was also nice. They did the work within the reasonable time specified and within the cost estimate. Both cars are now on the road and running well - all done I think as inexpensively as possible :).. In the end, they are good, knowledgeable mechanics, prices are reasonable and have their customer's best interest in mind I feel. Hopefully won't have to go back for awhile ; ) - but will come back for any car service I need done.
