I have done all five levels of Rosetta Stone and I have also taken more than a year of classes with Speak Our Language. If you are trying to choose between the two, I recommend the latter – and if you have already done Rosetta Stone, I suggest you move on to Speak Our Language as your "next step." You can learn a lot of words and phrases from Rosetta Stone, but to become truly conversant you need the face-to-face encounters that Speak Our Language provides. Here, you’re not just learning how to speak Spanish; you’re actually doing it, every week, with conversation partners in real life settings. Also, Rosetta Stone is designed to be "one size fits all," but the teachers for Speak Our Language are able to pay specific attention to your particular interests, goals, or needs.
