HERS Rating, Duct Testing, Refrigerant Charge Verification, Cooling Coil airflow verification, Fan watt Draw, Blower door, Whole house energy rating. BER Services has been a recognized name in HERS rating in Redding and the North State for over 5 years. BER Services carries certifications in EPA, BPI, and CALCerts. CALCerts is the premier HERS provider in California. BER Services is certified to rate and inspect existing homes for alterations, new homes, and commercial properties for compliance certificates. BER Services is also certified as a Whole House Energy Rater. What we do here is take a look at the entire house and analyze it as an entire system. The house data gets entered into a software program and will make recommendations on what energy features to improve on based on the amount of money saved on that energy feature. I do not install the energy upgrade improvements, it is a completely unbiased report.
