We signed the contract on 7/13 with an estimated 10 day completion period. The work was completed on 8/6 except for installing the timer for the sprinkler system. Caleb said the timer would be installed the next day. There were weeds in yard that he said he would spray with Roundup when he installed the timer. On 8/18 I went to the property to see the property. Plants and sod were dying and the weeds were still growing in the front and expanding. Caleb had not installed the timer for the sprinkler system. On Labor Day weekend the weeds were still growing, actually they were expanding. I called him and he told me that he would be out there on Tuesday after Labor Day and spray the weeds. Today, 9/8 I went by and the weeds were still growing. He said that maybe the sprinklers had washed off the Roundup. He is the only one who is in control of the system. Obviously I am not pleased with his work and would not recommend him to anyone. My client trusted me to take care of this project and Caleb has let me down on numerous occasions.

I had a fairly big project to clean up a large hill, remove all the dead plants and weeds, and then design a decorative landscape with colorful ground cover, as well as replace/repair irrigation system in the front and back of the house. Caleb had good ideas. He was very creative, completed the job in a timely fashion. Came back several times to "tweak" things as needed and never charged me any labor to do so. He was fair in his pricing, he had a good crew of talented guys, hard workers and I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend him highly. D. Hill Oceanside, CA
