Jan is Formally Trained and Educated in Secondary Education and Chemistry from FTU/UCF. Our Full Service Studio, is a Team of Formally Trained and Educated Professionals. We have an in-house Appraiser Dennis DeVona, a Fellow AIC Paper Conservator Heinke Pensky-Adam, our Master In-Painter Tom Sadler, whom has kindly taken over for us, after, our beloved, dear friend, and In-Painter of 40 years, the late Maury Hurt, passed away March 24, 2013, our excellent Framers include, Florida Frame House Gallery, and Flamingo Framing, along with Photographic Restoration. We also offer Summer Internships to students for College Credit. We pride ourselves with our commitment to details, using specific techniques and treatment,by hand, to analyze each Painting, that has undergone restoration in our studio.These techniques used during restoration, are reversible for future services, and have served us well throughout the years. We are members of, the American Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works, ( AIC), the Orlando Museum of Art, The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum, The Art & History Museum-Maitland, and are associated with many galleries and museums in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Chicago, New York and San Francisco. Our services include: Conservation / Restoration of Paintings, Lithographs, Serigraphs, Murals, Glass, Frames, and Objet d' art. We offer our Services for Consultations, Estimates, Insurance Claims, and a demonstration of Treatment Analysis, during Consultations. We are well versed for Researching Artists, Historical Provenance, and Labels on verso of artwork. We provide a specific, written Condition Report/Treatment Proposal for each art work from our Studio. We also provide extensive photographs, in the form of CD's, or a Photographic Album, including all Provenance documented, for your Family Archives, Appraisal, Legal, and Insurance Purposes. We also keep a copy of your photographs and written Report in our Studio Archives.
