I appreciated the communication more than anything. If only the phones weren't as busy as they were I would have given you guys 5 stars. Tracking was accurate, and we knew exactly when to expect everything. The tables look clean and consistent, and the chairs gave us that casual bistro feel we were going for. Thanks Chris B.

We used the swivel bar stools at the counter and the reclaimed look laminate table tops in the dining area, and both worked out really well. The stools feel stable and the swivel is smooth. The table tops have a nice finish too. Quality matches the price, shipping just took a little longer than expected.

We opened this section of the dining room just a few days after delivery, so I was nervous about timing. Everything came together smoothly, and once the stools were lined up with the new tables, the space looked cleaner and more organized than before. I like furniture that disappears into the workflow in a good way. Staff are not fighting with it, guests are comfortable, and the room looks put together. That has been our experience with this order.

From placing the order to final installation, the process was organized and efficient. The padded back stools provide excellent support, which was a priority for us. The bar stools feel durable and built for commercial use. Upholstery is clean and consistent across all units. Ordering the natural wood swatch first was helpful and matched perfectly. Delivery went smoothly, with clear tracking updates and safe unloading.

We added the metal ladder back stools to our restaurant's bar area. They feel strong and the vinyl seats provide good comfort. A small ding on one chair was the only flaw we found.

These patio chairs have been a hit with our customers. The natural teak slats look authentic, and they're surprisingly comfortable without cushions. Paired with the larger tables, the setup creates a welcoming outdoor dining area that feels upscale but still casual.
