Triskelion Bakery is a bake-to-order gourmet bakery that makes sourdough and yeast bread. We also have monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions. Triskelion [trih-skel-ee-uhn] Bakery currently serve Anderson Township, Ohio, but we are working to expand our service area into other Cincinnati neighborhoods. Triskelion Bakery uses a "just-in-time" baking process. Yeast bread is fairly straight-forward and can be delivered the day after your order. However, sourdough bread takes about 36 hours to prepare, and we strive to provide bread that is at its absolute freshest and baked just for you. To provide sufficient soudough preparation and fermentation time, sourdough orders must be received two days prior to delivery. Visit our website to see all of the varieties that we make. Triskelion breads range from light and airy Rustic White through whole wheat and rye bread to a dense and heavy European-style pumpernickel.
