This company is unbelievably bad! They were promising to come fix a window of ours for over TWO MONTHS consistently making appointments and once or twice calling to cancel, but mostly just NOT SHOWING UP! After previously telling me the parts were in, the owner of the company did come out once (I thought to fix it), but only looked at it and said he would order parts and come back (all that was needed were 2 balance rods). I do not believe the reviews on YP are bona-fide. According to another link to Manta this is a one employee company operating out of an apartment in Pompano (3001 S Course Drive Apartment 506 Pompano Beach, FL 33069). The woman who answers the phone who keeps making excuses, sounds like his mother.
