This modality has been around for thousands of years and is being re-discovered by the alternative health community. Recently, Dr Oz and Regis Philbin have helped the general public to become acquainted with this wonderful method of natural health care. Reflexology helps bring back the natural balance and harmony to the human body also known as homeostasis. It produces a deeply relaxed state relieving stress within the body. Stress has been found to be the cause of much of our illnesses and is a major enemy to our total health, body, mind and spirit.
