The Shala is a yoga studio located in Casa de Oro nestled in between Spring Valley, La Mesa (Mt. Helix), and Rancho San Diego.

The Shala provides classes in the lineage of Krishnamacharya in a small intimate setting. We believe yoga should have a personal touch. We aim for your yoga experience to be fun, challenging, and supportive. The Shala offers a fun, relaxed environment in which to practice yoga.
