Consulting service for current or prospective sub-tier manufacturers, particularly, in the Aerospace & Defense sector. For businesses of any size, but particularly the small to mid-size manufacturer, looking to get started as a sub-tier in the A & D business or to improve and solidify their position as such. Ours is not the traditional black and white approach that you'll see from most service businesses - forms, process trees, charts and diagrams, etc., applied in as impersonal and businesslike a fashion as possible. Getting established (and subsequently remaining so) as a sub-tier is as much about relationships as it is systems and processes.
