We contracted with Telethomas for a fixed number of hours for telemarketing. They were about a month late in starting due to personnel issues. They were undependable in meeting the scheduled days and times of their telemarketing service. They did less than half the countracted hours and we didn t hear from them for nearly 3 weeks. Tom Brummitt then called me and said he had closed his call center and was looking for other business. BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!
