I struggled with the idea of hiring a broker and having to pay the commission. I thought, "That's a lot of money!" After researching a bit, I realized it was not something I had time to do while still running my 2 retail stores. From the moment I met Rebecca, I could tell she was a businesswoman of integrity and knowledge. She started earning her commission immediately. My feelings of being completely overwhelmed were gone as she started preparing my business listing & selling package, sorting through serious potential buyers and those that were just "tire kickers". We had a committed buyer after only 1 month. That's when I really started to see how dedicated she was to making sure we got to the closing table. This was NOT an easy sell, in fact, if it hadn't been for Rebecca's expertise, support, guidance and diligence, I would have thrown in the towel. She handled everything for me while she also offered support and guidance to the buyer. My opinion of her integrity and my trust in her only increased as we went through this difficult process. I CANNOT imagine doing this without her. I also could have never imagined that it would have been so easy to pay her commission. She earned every single penny and I was happy to see her get it. Business Brokers always strives to do an honest and ethical job of selecting quality businesses to sell to qualified buyers. Unfortunately some businesses owners make their businesses unsellable.

Rebecca Walker-Jones is as crooked as they come. She stole $1,000 from me to write a "business profile" that a high schooler could have written. I had to edit it 3 times, then she told me she didn't want to work with me any more but refused to refund the deposit I gave her. I had to sue her. I would avoid this "brokerage" if you don't want to get scammed and left with nothing but an ill-written "profile".
