BEWARE! If you are looking to get upholstery work done, do not use Travis Williams of Savannah/Thunderbolt/Tybee Island. Find someone else who is honest and trustworthy. Travis Williams is a crook. I hired Travis Williams to reupholster the interior cushions in my boat. We were leaving Savannah for the Bahamas in two months and he said that it was no problem to have them ready. He said he only accepted cash, no credit cards, and that he needed a 50% cash deposit. I paid the deposit and left my cushions with him. One week before I was to pick them up, he emailed and said they would be ready. When I went to his shop to pick them up on the agreed date and time, he wasn't there, and the cushions weren't even started. The boat was leaving so I had to take the cushions back. I have been trying to get my deposit money back for the last 6 months. He doesn't answer his phone, or respond to my voice messages or emails. I have reported him to the Savannah Better Business Bureau.
