Mark was extremely unpleasant when faced with an error. We CLEARLY picked out a product for our female group and under no circumstances would I require a mens shirt. I choose the product MARK recommended for us ***after receiving men's shirts in place of ladies shirts....I was blamed for a code error and approving an adult shirt. ***Even though the adult shirt was not clear for men's or womens! I now wonder how men would feel if they received a ladies shirt in place of their order! **I trusted their professional guidance - and that was a mistake! I spent over $1000 for my non-profit group on apparel and working together on a resolution would have been so much better than being interrogated while in his business!! Zero stars from me!! Making their mistake right would've only cost a few dollars and gained much more repeat business!
