Friends, RUN, don't walk from this poor excuse for a business. I called to request repair of an electrical problem with my Jacuzzi tub & what I got was a disastrous drama straight off the Bravo network! I had to phone the police to get the psycho nut out of my house! After he was unable to repair the issue, he frustratedly phoned Jacuzzi to ask WHAT to do -- and 2 hours later, he still had no clue! With the repair not done, I asked for an invoice so I could pay him and 'get him out of my home!' He had no invoice, no business cards, no company shirt, no marked vehicle, no NOTHING… All he wanted was a check for 'his time.' I told him I'd write him a check when he got me an invoice as I needed documentation that he'd lounged on my bathroom floor for 2 hours and been on-hold with Jacuzzi, all to no avail. (While on the phone with Jacuzzi, he advised me that his call time 'was on me' and that he'd be billing me while HE learned his job.) He became threatening and abusive and said his wife would 'ream him' if he came home without a check…. Things went from bad to worse and I demanded he get out of my home because I felt physically threatened by his large, overbearing, out-of-control presence. Standing 2-inches from my face, he called me an 'f***ing whore' and asked if I 'got my large home by screwing over the little people.' ???? Clearly he has no idea what it's like to WORK for one's success as that is not his work ethic. * I've been advised to take out a restraining order!
