Joe Rubanow of Structural Technology Custom Homes recently responded to my cry for help to correct a door installation performed by another contractor I had hired. I admit my skepticism and general distrust after having been disappointed in my attempts to find a contractor who actually knew what he was doing and would do quality work; not just a quick fix, as I have several small projects yet to do. Joe was the first interview of about 5 others I actually sought assistance from; I found that he is what he says he is-you can trust him. I will have him paint the exterior of my next and he has already pointed out a few other things that need to be done as preventative maintenance. Being a woman with a construction background is helpful but it doesn't guard against persons who misrepresent themselves. Joe doesn't. Hire him! A. Mathews
