DO NOT do business with this store unless you are 1,000% sure of your purchase. I took my family who were in from out of town to shop there. They purchased several items and had to order lambathes (wedding candles) - this was at 7:30pm during special store hours. Due to the bride asking them to cancel the order as her aunt has already taken care of them, they called at 10:00 am to cancel the order. They are being refused a refund and the owner has been totally rude despite being spoken to with patience and kindness. This is not proper business practice!!!! The calls all day have now ruined their vacation and I am sorely embarrassed I took them to shop there...BAD BAD BaD NASTY experience!!!!!!! The only reason they get one star at all is because their salesperson Niki was wonderful!!!
