Spoon Market & Deli opened its doors in June 2011. The idea of creating a neighborhood resource for the finest locally grown products and a wide range of ethnic ingredients became a reality behind the vision of Jordan and Patrice Smith. In the process they met Adam Nussbaum, a local butcher, who had a desire to offer his craft of handcut meats and homemade sausages to people in the community.
