The study of Tai Chi Chuan with Sifu Daniel Rodriguez has surpassed my expectations for an exercise regimen that would improve my balance, flexibility, and coordination. I am one of the over 60 students in the class, and have discovered that the practice of Tai Chi Chuan helps to provide what I need in improving and maintaining physical health and a better mental outlook. The self defense techniques are easy to learn, effective, and serve as a good confidence builder. The class is taught in a fun, self-paced environment with plenty of individual attention. I highly recommend this class for all ages and especially those of us in or facing retirement.
