Unable to take responsibility for their mistakes A good friend used them and I was very disappointed on how they recommend the wrong heating system to her. She sent out the emails to prove the reccomendation and how incompetent the staff was throughout her experience! I was shocked. You would think they were knowledgable. It was sad they would ruin someone's wedding
