Licensed Septic System: New Installations, Revisions and repairs. Boiler Installation and Repair Land Development and Excavating Dump truck rent My name is Jerry Smith Owner of jsmith com. I have over 30 Years of experience in Plumber and heating. From 1975 to 1984 I worked as an apprentice with a licensed plumber before taking over all plumbing for that company. I learned to opeate heavy equipmet at the Operator Engineeirng School in Montrose NY. in 1984 I started County Building Management compamy ,where I purchased buildings, and did renovations and new additions. In 2003 I became a part owner of of S&S Building Concepts, a General Contacting company, that purchased and developed land. We were able to purchase several properties and builded four New Homes before the economy went south. In 2009 I became a Licensed System System Contractor and installed or repaired several Seprtic Sytems by December 2009.
