Dr. Belcher was raised in Eubank, graduated from Pulaski County High School in 2000, Union College in Barbourville, KY in 2004, and Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in the top 10% of his class. He has come back to the community that shaped him into the individual he is today and is honored at the positive local response he is receiving.
