CMX Communications provides communications and marketing consulting and services to businesses in the Greater Boston area, Metro West, the South Shore CMX Communications works with a client to identify opportunities to optimize their message. The strategic planning starts with a diagnostic review. We meet with the client, key members of the organization, and others to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the enterprise and business objective.
In the next phase CMX Communications prepares a Strategic Communications Plan that thoughtfully addresses the scope of work, including a positioning strategy, goals and objectives, key audiences, key messages, tactics and measurements.
Once agreement is reached, CMX Communications implements the plan by managing the development and delivery of its components using internal and external resources.
