We remove the ceiling fan blades, hand wash them, degrease the fan housing, tighten all screws, spray lubricant on center fan shaft, dry and re-install the fan blades. We then check to make sure the fan works properly and is not makeing noise. Every fan needs to be cleaned and maintained and by doing so every 6 months it will last for years. The prices are very inexpensive in comparison to replaceing you're fan. Usually start at about $45.00.
