Don Beair just ripped us off and he strung the basement job out to over 5 months and it is still not finished. He stated he can not finish the job as he is having financial difficulties....well now thanks to him, so are we. He likes to reincorporate and change e-mails etc. rather than to do the job he was hired to do or rather finish the job. Do NOT use Mr. Beair and definitley always use the 2/3rds rule when making payment to a contractor. Do not fall for his laid back nice guy persona...he is a grifter and will rip you off.
