William was recommended to me by a college friend who was using Safe Property Services to sell her house. We weren't having luck with our part-time realtor because he couldn't react quickly enough when a new house came on the market. Will was professional, responsive, and friendly. He didn't push us to see houses outside of our budget - another plus. He was able to get us to see houses that had just come on the market - in Arlington the good houses stay on the market for only a week. We made two offers (the first we were beat by a house flipper with cash), and got the second house, thanks largely to Will's earlier networking with the seller's realtor. In the weeks leading to closing, he met us at the house for the inspection and was great about providing a summary every few days about the status of the huge amount of paperwork and tasks. He got us everything we asked for; Safe Property Services made home buying easy and we're beyond thrilled with our new house.
