The technician was excellent. He was very prompt and thoughtful in informing me if there was any change in his schedule. When he arrived, he quickly identified the probable problems and solution options with upsides and downsides. Together we selected a course of action I could appreciate and he wasted no time. Not only were they terrific, they came on short notice on the weekend. In a world where appliance repair companies have a questionable rep, these folks are trustworthy, responsible and professional. Obviousely, I'd most certainly use them again and refer them without reservation..
