Extremely Disappointed! Was scammed into purchasing a 19x96 LED sign by Howard. After less than a year, the sign started to malfunction. Called up the company and spent an hour and a half discussing with Ozzy- who came to the conclusion it was the circuit board and I needed to ship this large LED sign to him in GA, plus pay for return shipping fees. After hauling this thing to FEDEX, the shipping charges came to 300.00. A week later, Ozzy called me and confirmed the malfunction was the circuit board and that the sign will be fixed and shipped back to me. Three weeks later, I received the sign- excited to hang back up in front of my business. I go to plug it in and the sign is doing the same malfunction as before... flashing letters, beeping noises. I called up Ozzy in attempts to address this issue and he was rude, offered no resolution but to ship it back and then hung up the phone on me.! Called back and no answer. I let a week go by to see if any attempts would be made by the company to address this issue, but received nothing. I found a number to a guy named Raj Umani and called him, hoping a decent person in the company could help me out. I was referred back to Ozzy and was told again the only way it could get fixed is if I shipped it back to him in GA and pay the return shipping fees as well. Fuming at this point, I have no other alternative but to warn and discourage anyone thinking about purchasing a sign from this company!! You will get no feedback, customer service
