This is by far the worst place on earth, the owners are horrible horrible people, I have never been treated so poorly. We were belittled and yelled at when returning our mopeds because the owners said they had too much sand on them, which is pretty funny since it's Ocean Shores and sand is everywhere, not to mention the beach was a muddy mess. We were charged $100 without being notified, I called to talk to the owner and she hung up on me, I called back, she hung up on me again and after the 3rd time she took the phone off the hook, she wouldn't even talk to me. And the fact that just to avoid talking to me she made it so no one else could call either, tells you what a horrible woman she is. I will never ever go to this business again and I will make it my mission to make sure everyone knows how horrible this place is!!
