I do not recommend Ground Effects Todd Burris for concrete work. He gave a price 5,200.00 for concrete around in ground pool. The pool company recommended him. The pool company ended up shaken so we cancelled Tood. We found another pool installer and he uses his own concrete company so I explained to Todd we need our 2,000.00 deposit back He Agreed and never sent it. He continue to lie and say it was in the mail. Todd Burris bluntly robbed me in my own home. Buyer beware.
