Not a good experience at all. My niece was holding her son who is 2 and tripped and fell walking into the restaurant. Today I went into the restaurant and spoke to the manager about this situation. Yes he remembers well. My niece had to not only protect her son from injury but incurred bruises from this fall. The girls at the desk "froze" according to the manager and he was at my nieces side within two minutes. However, he has a tainted memory. My niece had to pick herself and her son up off the floor and the manager met her at the doorway (step area). As I plainly told the manager he was a liar I said to add insult to the injury there was no apology. Not even a "free" soda or desert. I wouldnt want to visit a community restaurant that treats their residents like this. Think twice about going here!
